Michela Pes is a yoga teacher and holistic practitioner.<\/strong>
She is certified in Hatha, Vinyasa, Therapeutic (500h), and Yin Yoga.
Additionally, she trained in Thai massage at Chang Mai Hospital.
Michela integrates touch, movement, and presence as healing tools.
She also facilitates Shamanic Journeys rooted in ritual.
Moreover, she co-founded the MAXJA International Holistic Festival in Sardinia.
Her work bridges body, spirit, and ritual with clarity and care.
Through this, she creates spaces of transformation and connection.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
